This draft describes intended website behavior and requires review by a South African privacy professional before publication as a final legal notice.

Information and purpose

Enquiry and visit forms compose an email in your own email application. The draft may include your name, farm or business, email, telephone number, relationship to Fire Sky, the decision being considered, selected public animal IDs and an optional message. Nothing is submitted to a website form service. Factual reports can be generated without an account or mandatory email.

Responsible party and retention

Fire Sky Ankole is the intended responsible party. Contact: bernard@2tp.co.za. Enquiry details are retained within Fire Sky's normal email correspondence. Final retention and deletion procedures must be confirmed during legal review.

Marketing

Marketing consent is optional and separate from an enquiry. Newsletter requests are emailed directly to Fire Sky and do not create an automatic subscription.

Analytics

The site exposes a provider-neutral event layer for searches, filters, selections, reports and contact actions. It must not send names, emails, telephone numbers, messages or unnecessary full selection context to an analytics provider.
