1. What’s in a name? Mimosa (not the drink!) is the ideal name for someone that likes to be pampered and cuddled. Special attention needs to be paid to her! 2. Where’s she from? Mimosa’s dam Mosi (R19-002) is a matriarch in the making. A classic Ankole cow with a 47 3/8” trophy before she is 5 years old, shows why we picked her a few years ago (as a young heifer) to be an anchor cow in our stud. We used Ruhugo as the sire, not only for his fantastic potential, but also because of his direct descent from A06-001 and the fantastic A06-009. The next heifer we make of this genetic combination will definitely be for our own use! 3. What could she be? Mimosa’s half-sister, Lot 11 – Spica, demonstrates that huge mottled potential is embedded in this bloodline. Similarly, the perfect classic and feminine Ankole features, combined with phenomenal and proven genetics, makes this a heifer that could upgrade any Ankole herd. This is a unique opportunity to share in the future success of one of Fire Sky’s top combinations. *Fire Sky Satisfaction Warranty included
